BB66 Malaysia Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

BB66 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current applicable conditions.

1 Member Eligibility

Access to the BB66 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. BB66 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any user at any time through the identity verification (KYC) process.

• You must be at least 18 years old on the date of registration. bb66 takes its responsibility seriously to ensure that no underage individuals use this platform.
• You must be a citizen or permanent resident of a territory permitted to use BB66's services.
• You may not register for or use the BB66 platform if you have requested voluntary exclusion through BB66's self-exclusion program or any recognized gambling exclusion program.
• You must act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You are not currently charged with or convicted of any financial crime or fraud-related offence.

2 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to register and own one (1) bb66 account only. Owning more than one account is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of remaining funds.

• You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, phone number and a valid email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. BB66 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is considered to have been carried out by you, unless you have reported unauthorized access to BB66 within a reasonable time.
• BB66 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including copies of your identity card, passport, utility bill, or other documents as proof of identity and address.
• Accounts inactive for more than 180 consecutive days may be subject to an administrative fee or restricted in accordance with BB66's current policy.

3 Deposits & Payments

BB66 offers a variety of safe and convenient payment methods for Malaysia members, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits using third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are set on the BB66 platform Deposit page.
• BB66 does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• All deposited funds must be used for entertainment purposes within the BB66 platform only. BB66 reserves the right to hold or reject suspicious deposits.
• Deposited funds will not earn interest or returns while held in your BB66 account.

4 Cash Withdrawal

BB66 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the stipulated timeframe. Withdrawals must be made to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your BB66 account.

• The first withdrawal from any new payment method requires a completed account verification (KYC) beforehand.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated on the platform Withdrawal page and may vary according to your VIP membership level.
• BB66 processes withdrawals within 1 to 3 hours for regular members and faster for VIP members.
• Withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional review before approval for security and compliance purposes.
• BB66 reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawals where there is suspicious activity, incomplete KYC verification, or outstanding bonus wagering requirements.
• Any charges imposed by a bank or e-wallet provider during withdrawal processing are the sole responsibility of the user.

5 Bonus & Promotions

BB66 offers a wide range of attractive bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be fulfilled before withdrawals are permitted.

• Each promotion has its own wagering requirements clearly stated in the specific terms of that promotion. Please read the promotion terms before claiming any bonus.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new user, based on a single IP address, single device, and single payment method.
• BB66 reserves the right to void bonuses and decline withdrawals if a user is found to have abused promotions, including the use of multiple accounts or wagering strategies deemed as bonus fraud.
• Unused bonuses that expire within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically without any compensation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• BB66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without notice.

6 Game Rules

All games available on the BB66 platform are operated by licensed software providers and use a Random Number Generator (RNG) verified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures every game round is fair and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed once a round is completed, except in the case of a proven technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or software issue during gameplay, BB66 will review system records to determine the valid outcome. Affected wagers may be voided and funds returned.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated software (bots), or employ other fraudulent methods is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• BB66 reserves the right to void bets and decline payouts where there is clear evidence of fraud, collusion, or game manipulation.

9 Account Termination & Restrictions

• Users who have requested account closure are not permitted to re-register without written approval from BB66 management.

10 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BB66 is licensed. By using the BB66 platform, you agree to submit to that jurisdiction.

• Any disputes arising from the use of the BB66 platform must first be resolved through BB66's internal process before being referred to an external party.

• BB66 does not guarantee that this platform complies with the laws of your specific country. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of the platform is lawful under your local laws.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be reinterpreted to the extent permitted by law and will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
